- On-site when it matters: inventories, property visits, and contractor access are scheduled where the service you buy includes a physical visit. Availability and any travel surcharges are confirmed before you commit.
- Licensing and local rules: HMO, selective licensing, and council-specific conditions are applied against your authority’s published requirements, not a generic “city list”.
